GOLD COAST’S MOST CELEBRATED ADDRESS

OUR STORY

The Gold Coast of Long Island, located in Nassau county, has a rich and storied history spanning centuries. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the Gold Coast became synonymous with wealth, opulence, and grandeur, thanks to the lavish estates built by some of America's wealthiest families.

At the turn of the 20th century, scores of wealthy Americans seeking a retreat from urban industrial life built grand country estates for themselves. These magnificent mansions were modeled after the popular Georgian architectural style, with its symmetrical design, classic proportions, and decorative elements. The North Shore of Long Island was a popular location for the country estates of wealthy New Yorkers.

The Mansion at Glen Cove is unkept to its magnificent historic charm with modern elegance.
