Reopening & Covid-19 Updates

We re-opened our doors and we are taking every step to ensure your safety and comfort during your stay as we hold the health & safety of our guests & employees as a top priority and will update out policies & procedures with guidance from the Center Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) & the World Health Organization (WHO).

We have suspended our room service until further notice.

Indoor & outdoor pools (Seasonal),
SPA services will be available. Check for hours of operation.

Guests will be temperature checked 
upon arrival at the hotel.

We have suspended multi night 
housekeeping services until further notice. Receptions hours are limited. Please call for more details.

Hand sanitizing stations will be
available throughout the property.

Staff Safety Protocols
are in place.

Arrival PPE kits, inclusive of a face mask and 
a pair of gloves per guest, will be distributed.

 Grab & Go Breakfast is on Saturdays & Sundays from 7AM- 10AM until further notice.

The Mansion uses special-designed cleaning & disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guests arrive, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. All rooms will sit 24 hrs before cleaning, and another 48 hrs before the next check-in. All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioners which improve air circulation and greatly reduce the possibility of being infected during your stay.

public spaces

The hotel will increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with extra attention to focus on counter at the front desk, elevators (and elevator buttons), doors and stairway handles, public bathrooms, as well as Spa & Recreation facilities.

In the event we are alerted of a case of COVID-19, we will immediately work with the relevant health authorities to obtain the facts & guidance on steps to take with both guests & employees. And we will undertake an additional cleaning & disinfecting protocol of the guest room as well as the common areas the guest has been to during their stay.

We are taking every step possible to ensure your safety, from check-in to check-out,
including the addition of cleaning protocols, increasing the frequency of cleaning,
as well as placing hand sanitizing stations throughout the property.
