The Mansion uses special-designed cleaning & disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart
and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Regarding any concerns with the air circulation
system, all guest rooms are equipped with individual air conditioners which improve air circulation
and greatly reduce the possibility of being infected during your stay.

Pet policy: Under 30 lbs, $50 additional fee for the first night, and $20 per night for additional nights.

The hotel will increase the frequency of cleaning & disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on
the counter at the front desk, elevators (and elevator buttons), door & staircase handles,
public bathrooms, as well as the SPA & recreation facilities.
In the event we are alerted of a case of COVID-19, we will immediately work with the relevant health authorities
to obtain the facts & guidance on steps to take with both guests & employees. And we will undertake an additional
cleaning & disinfecting protocol of the guest room as well as the common areas the guest has been to during their stay.
Employee Health, Safety & Knowledge
All employees will be temperature checked twice a day (at the beginning
& end of their shift), and are required to wear face masks at all times.
